1 Chicken Breast, Boneless, Skinless
1 Hamburger Bun, 100% Whole Wheat
1 Lettuce Leaf, Green
1 Tomato, Sliced
1 tsp Italian Dressing
Thaw chicken overnight in refrigerator. Stock grill station with thawed chicken breasts and wheat rolls. Slice tomato, wrap and refrigerate. Separate green leaf lettuce leaves, wash and allow to dry. Refrigerate. Preheat grill or griddle to 325 degrees F.
Coat each chicken breast with 1 tsp dressing and place on griddle or grill (may need to lightly spray with vegetable oil spray). Cook for 2 1/2 minutes or until edges brown (internal temperature should be at least 165 degrees F). Toast cut sides of hamburger roll and assemble.
