Crispy Baked Chicken Breast

3 Tbsp Cornflake Crumbs
1/8 Tsp Paprika
1 ½ Tsp Salt-free Seasoning Blend
4oz chicken breast, skinless

Combine crumbs, paprika and seasoning blend. Mix well. Combine chicken and crumb mixture. Toss to evenly coat. Arrange chicken in single layer on parchment-lined sheet. Preheat convection oven to 325 degrees F. (standard oven to 375 degrees F.). Bake chicken for 18 minutes or until minimum internal temperature is 165 degrees F. (for 15 seconds).
